Raheel Mirza was the last person to be sentenced as part of Operation Troy. He was jailed for two years at Liverpool Crown Court.
Mirza, 23 and from London, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud at an earlier hearing.Last month 12 people were sentenced to a total of more than 50 years in prison after Mirza was kidnapped from the Atherton area and held for 10 days before being released.The kidnap was in retaliation for a chip and pin card fraud scheme at two petrol stations in Greater Manchester.
Around £333,000 was obtained from cards cloned at the garages in Wigan and Bolton between November 2006 and January 2007. The operation involved two crime groups, one from London and one from Bolton and Leicester, and resulted in Mirza being kidnapped.
Officers are still looking for 26-year-old Sheraz Ali Ahmed in connection with the investigation.His last known address is Monega Road, London, but he is believed to be abroad.
