Michel Baini has been charged with 20 counts of extortion and blackmail after police raids in the northern suburbs at dawn this morning.Alleged Lebanese crime gang leader Michel Baini appeared in an out of sessions hearing this evening accused of terrorising a business owner out of $1 million worth of cash, shares and luxury cars, over three years.Police said the arrest was the result of a six-month operation that ended in four raids. More arrests are expected.Mr Baini will face seven charges of extortion including threats to kill, seven charges of blackmail, two charges of obtaining financial loans by deception and a charge of stealing an Avis rental car.He was remanded in custody to appear at the Melbourne Magistrate's Court on Monday
