According to the Wall Street Journal, Rabobank helped over 100 American firms to evade taxes through attractive financial schemes. The fraud emerged after a former employee turned whistle blower said the bank was one of biggest players in the fraud. Rabobank says it is only indirectly involved as a financing institution.
