Jacquie Hammond, 39, owner of the now-closed Canadian School of Modern Broadcasting, is charged with six counts of financial card fraud, five counts of theft by deception and five counts of identity theft. She was arrested in Savannah, Ga., on Aug. 11 following complaints about the International Model and Talent Center's four-day recruitment at the Marriott Hotel in Savannah.Hammond appeared in Chatham-County court Wednesday afternoon where her case was handed over to a grand jury.
