If he had not made the plea agreement he would have faced as much as twenty-four years in prison. Nhin was in front of Judge Ron Del Pozzo and his attorney made no statement to reporters. Nhin along with twenty-seven other people were indicted by the grand jury in 2006, four other people were charged along with Nhin.
