Serge Guerrier Jr., 17, of East 37th Street, acting with three other people who have not been arrested, entered a P.C. Richard store at 307 Sunrise Hwy., police said.After he unsuccessfully tried to buy the items with fraudulent information, the police found he had "two note books and three printouts containing the names, addresses, dates of birth, social security numbers . . . credit card accounts and personal passwords to 165 people, unknown to the defendant," a Monday police news release said.Guerrier was charged with first-degree fraud, identity theft, unlawful possession of personal ID information.He was arraigned Saturday in First District Court, Hempstead, and was ordered held. Bail, set at $10,000 bond or $5,000 cash, was not posted as of Monday morning, court records showed.
