Melindathee Hill, 42, was a personal banker at the bank at 10 S. Dearborn St. when the thefts took place, the charges alleged. She will be arraigned later at U.S. District Court on five counts of bank fraud.A former employee at Chase Bank downtown was indicted Thursday on charges she embezzled more than $200,000 from one customer's bank account over almost four years.The indictment said Hill of Bolingbrook spent the money on herself.
