David Carradine's widow seeks damages from film company | Film | guardian.co.uk: "widow of David Carradine, the Kill Bill actor who was found dead in a Bangkok hotel room last June, is seeking damages from the company behind his final film, Stretch.
Anne Carradine says an assistant employed to help her husband, 72, went for dinner without him because he was not in his hotel room. Mrs Carradine claims her husband phoned his assistant but was told the group were on the other side of the city and so he should make his own arrangements for the evening. She is therefore claming the company, MS2 SA, was 'negligent in failing to follow industry standard … and provide [him] with sufficient assistance', according to court documents."
