SRG has been appointed to recruit a Hungarian Fraud Agent for a large online business in Gibraltar. The purpose of this role is to investigate new customers account using various fraud prevention tools, including ID checks and phone checks to identify potential risks to the company in accordance with internal guidelines and polices.


The ideal candidate will possess:


• Written and spoken Hungarian to a native level
• Written and spoken English to a professional level
• Previous experience in a well established company in either Fraud prevention or Customer Service
• Ideally a math related degree or previous work experience involving mathematical skills
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
