They're being sued for allegedly pocketing payments for goods that were never delivered to the Cosalt company they sold to the GTC Group for a rumoured £30million in 2007.

But Calum Melville's QC Johnathan Lake told the Court of Session in Edinburgh said there was poor stock control at the Aberdeen firm. He said: 'The real question is whether there has been a shortfall in stock.'"
