Police need your help in finding a suspected felon. They have issued felony construction fraud warrants for 34 year-old Kwan Hee Yoo. York-Poquoson Sheriff's describe Yoo as an Asian male with black hair and brown eyes. They say is between 5'3 and 5'11, 130 to 180 pounds. Some distinctive features Yoo is said to have are scars on his lower right abdomen. His last known address is 6100 Mooretown Road in Williamsburg. Police say he may be driving a white pick-up truck with 'Kwan Yoo Flooring' on the side.
