Winifred Jiau (jow) remains held without bail. The government successfully argued she was a risk to flee to her native Taiwan. 
 
The indictment charges her with conspiracy to commit securities fraud and wire fraud, and securities fraud. Her lawyers did not immediately respond to a request for comment. 
 
She was expected to appear in court Wednesday."
